The 2024 Carnival Parade Route
At 12.30pm the Carnival Parade will leave the Victoria Road Car Park turning right into Massetts Road. It will turn left into Russells Crescent travelling up to the T junction turning right into Victoria Road.
Then it will go through Horley Town Centre, all the way up Victoria Road to crossroads, turning right into the A23 and then into the A23 Recreation Ground, arriving approximately 13.00; depending on the number of entrants in the parade.
Temporary road closures on June 17th will be as follows:
Massetts Rd. between junction with Russells Crescent and Town Centre will be closed 12.30pm to approximately 12.45pm.
Russells Crescent from junction with Massetts Rd, to junction with Victoria Rd.
closed 12.30pm until approximately 12.55pm
In parts, Victoria Rd. from junction with Russells Crescent to A23 Closed
12.40pm through to 13.15pm.
The A23 from crossroads with Victoria Rd. and Vicarage Lane will potentially be closed 13.00 until 13.30.
All side roads along route will also be closed whilst the Parade passes.
Whilst every effort is being made to limit the inconvenience, the road closure
plan has to be observed in the interest of health and safety.
